About Data Convergence
An infrastructure execution partner for critical environments
Data Convergence is an infrastructure services and delivery company. We provide experienced physical execution at data centers and customer facilities, so that engineering teams and technology partners can complete physical work without being on site.
What we do
What does Data Convergence do?
We carry out the hands-on side of infrastructure: Remote Hands and Smart Hands, data center infrastructure work, network infrastructure deployment, readiness reviews, migrations, office moves and cable remediation.
Our customers include enterprise IT organizations, data center and network teams, and the MSPs, VARs, systems integrators and technology providers that serve them. Many of those teams already know what they want done. They need an experienced resource at the site to do it and prove it was done.
The slogan on our logo captures it: the hands you need when you can’t be there.
How we work
How does Data Convergence work?
Engineers stay in control
Customer and partner engineering teams own the technical objective, configuration and validation. We perform the approved physical work.
Say what is true
We do not inflate size, coverage or credentials. Where something is not yet confirmed, we say how it is evaluated instead.
Plan, then execute
Scope, sequence, access and stop points are settled before the work starts.
Verify and record
Every engagement ends with physical verification and documentation your team can rely on.

Evidence
How can you judge Data Convergence?
We would rather show than claim. These are the things worth asking any infrastructure partner for.
- A written scope and a clear task list before work starts
- Defined stop points and who approves them
- Photographs, asset records and exceptions after the work
- Plain statements about coverage and what we do not do
- Project examples shared with permission as they are approved
- A named channel for communication during every window
