Privacy policy

What this website collects, who handles it and how to have it removed. Last updated 7 November 2026.

Who this applies to

This policy covers Data Convergence and this website. It explains what the site collects, who it is shared with and how to ask us to remove it.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for advertising.

What the request forms collect

The site has five request forms: quote, talk to an expert, urgent support, project assessment and partner inquiry. Each asks only for what is needed to answer that kind of request.

Between them the forms ask for your name, work email and company, and depending on the form your role, phone number, the site or location concerned, the service you need, the scope of work, your preferred schedule, how urgent it is, what equipment is involved, and for partners your partner type and the areas you cover.

What you type is sent to us by email. The website does not keep a copy: there is no customer database behind it, and nothing is written to disk on the server.

The website assistant

The assistant answers questions using this site's own content. What you type is sent to Google, whose Gemini model writes the reply. Google processes the message to produce that answer.

Please do not type confidential details, access credentials, client names or anything sensitive into the assistant. Use a request form instead, or email or call us.

Your conversation is not saved on our side once the page is closed.

The free tools

The office move checklist, the completion report builder and the Remote Hands request builder all run entirely inside your browser.

Nothing you enter into them is sent to us or to anyone else. Your draft is saved in your own browser's local storage so you can come back to it, and clearing your browser data removes it. Nobody else can see it, and neither can we.

Technical information

Our hosting provider records standard server logs when a page is requested, which include your IP address, the page, the time and your browser's user-agent string. These are a normal part of running a website securely.

Your IP address is also held briefly in memory to limit how many assistant messages can be sent in a minute, which stops the service being abused. It is not written down, not linked to you and disappears when the server restarts.

Cookies and tracking

This site sets no tracking cookies, runs no analytics and carries no advertising or social media trackers. There is nothing to opt into, which is why you are not asked.

The only thing stored in your browser is the saved drafts from the free tools described above, and that never leaves your device.

Who else handles your information

We keep the number of companies involved as small as we can. Each of these processes information on our behalf:

  • Vercel, which hosts the website and keeps the server logs.
  • Resend, which delivers the notification email when you submit a form.
  • Google, which hosts the mailbox that receives your enquiry, and whose Gemini model powers the website assistant.

Where your information goes

We are based in the United States and serve the New York and New Jersey area. The companies listed above process information in the United States.

If you are contacting us from outside the United States, submitting a form or using the assistant means your information is sent there.

How long we keep it

An enquiry arrives as an email and stays in our mailbox while we deal with it and for as long as we need a record of the work. We remove enquiries we no longer have a reason to keep.

If you would like your enquiry deleted sooner, ask us and we will remove it.

Your choices

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to the address below and we will respond.

Depending on where you live you may have further rights under local law. Tell us what you are asking for and we will do our best to honor it.

Keeping it safe

The site is served over HTTPS, submissions are checked before they are forwarded, and what you type is sent as plain text so it can never be treated as code.

No website can promise perfect security, so please do not send passwords, access codes or client-identifying details through this site. If we need something sensitive we will arrange a safer way to share it.

Changes to this policy

We will update this page if what we do changes. The date at the top shows when it last changed in substance. This version is dated 7 November 2026.
