What happens next

What happens after you submit a request?

  1. 01

    You choose a path

Each form asks only for what that kind of request needs, so you are not filling in a generic contact form.

  2. 02

Your details go to one place

The scope is reviewed with the sites, tasks and timing you describe, and the team follows up by the contact method you chose.

  3. 03

    Scope and terms are agreed

For planned work this becomes a statement of work. For urgent needs, check the response times page and keep any emergency channel you already have.

Questions

Questions about requesting service

Which request path should I use?

Use the quote form for planned work or a statement of work, urgent support for an immediate physical requirement, the expert form to discuss options first, the assessment form to review readiness before a project, and the partner form if you are an MSP, VAR, integrator or technology provider.

What happens after I submit a request?

Your details are sent to one place, the scope is reviewed and someone follows up using the contact method you gave. Request levels and any response targets are listed on the response times and pricing page.

Do I need to share a port map or rack elevation?

They help but are not required. If you have them, say so in your request and a secure way to share them can be arranged.
